This Conference, jointly run by the British Computer Society Configuration Management Specialist Group (BCS CMSG) and the itSMF was held on the 15 June 2009 at the BCS HQ in central London.

The main Conference objectives are to share experiences in how to best utilise essential resources in challenging economic times:
