Kerplunk/Jenga - Configuration management in practice
Wednesday 10th February, 2010
Presented by David Cuthbertson and John Metcalfe of the BCS CMSG Committee
Synopsis
Try playing Kerplunk or Jenga with a blindfold! To avoid errors in planning, understanding or communication - critical IT systems need configuration management. Members of the CMSG committee will help you understand the latest techniques to address the increasing complexity of IT software and systems.
This is an opportunity for those relatively new to the field of configuration management to learn more about it, and for old hands to share their experience.
As ever, it is a convivial networking opportunity.
